    Hello,
I was wondering if it would be possible to submit a sponsor application even if we haven’t secured a school to present yet (waiting to hear back from a few). Or, if you recommending waiting until we have the school selected, what is the cut off date to submit the sponsor application?

    Thank you,

i’d suggest that you submit the sponsor form now and create an initial presentation proposal at this time. once you find an appropriate speaker(s), you can send us corrections to the speaker form.
